On Wednesday,room 17 and I had an exiciting day of swimming. Chris showed us some activity of how to be safe in open water with life jacket's. Chris then showed us how to cuddle up and float. We had to get in a circle, while we were floating Chris would push us around in circles. After that He tell us some other important things about swimming.

I grew up close to the Gulf of Mexico and have spent many days at the beach or out boating. Safety in the water is very important. Glad that you had a great swimming lesson and swimming is great cardio to lose weight by burning calories and regulating digestive system. Swimming increase energy level and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and depression.
